Why Choose Us
Between the Hauraki Gulf and Shoal Bay, Takapuna is never short of salt air, and it settles on every parked car. Commute over the Harbour Bridge and the Northern Motorway adds a film of road grime on top.
Hermosa was developed for New Zealand's coastal environments and strong UV, and it leaves the paint slick enough that salt and grime rinse off. Hayden applies it himself at your home or workplace. Professional Ceramic Coating: $739.
Local NoteTakapuna sits on an isthmus between Shoal Bay, an arm of the Waitematā Harbour, and the Hauraki Gulf.
Salt off the Gulf and Shoal Bay reaches every Takapuna driveway. A coating made for coastal New Zealand makes salt build-up quicker to rinse off, and Hayden applies it in person, seven days a week.
Hayden personally works on every vehicle. Nobody junior preps your paint or applies your coating, so the standard you are quoted is the standard you get.
Hermosa is built for New Zealand's strong UV and coastal air, which is exactly what paint in Auckland lives with every day.
Hayden has spent more than five years detailing cars, and every coating is applied with that experience behind it.
Drag The Line
Uncoated paint lets water sheet and cling, carrying dirt with it. A hydrophobic ceramic surface pulls water into tight beads that roll off and take grime with them. Drag across the panel to compare.
An illustration of hydrophobic behaviour. Drag the gold handle, and move across the panel to add water.
